The interview results were incorporated in the research study by Lea den Broeder of the National Institute of Public Health and Environmental Protection (RIVM). The aim of the training was to teach people to learn from one another. We combined Kolb for the learning process and motivational interviewing for the communication process. As far as we know, Kolb and motivational interviewing have not been used in combination.", }
