Aims and scope
Gedrag & Organisatie aims to stimulate and publish scientific research in the field of Social psychology and work and organisational psychology in the Netherlands and Flanders. By doing so, it wants to contribute to the development of knowledge and insights from scientific research and to the dissemination of these insights into practice.
