The present review discusses the book Corruptible: Who Gets Power and How It Changes Us (original title) in Dutch translation. It stresses the importance of the content, i.e. an analysis of power and the abuse of it by so many top managers, leaders of government and other people in power. The author analyses the many interviews he has had with people in power, draws conclusions and learns lessons from them, seen as remedies against the widespread usurpation of power and the abuse of control. The reviewer underlines the importance of them, pays special attention to the phenomenon of war and adds some remedies of himself.
