Nederlandse Taalkunde

The journal Nederlandse Taalkunde / Dutch Linguistics focusses on the structure and use of the Dutch language from the oldest sources to the present. The journal is theoretically and methodologically pluralistic. Nederlandse Taalkunde / Dutch Linguistics welcomes papers about all aspects of the Dutch language contributing to our knowledge of Dutch as a cognitive, social and historical phenomenon. Studies about languages closely related to Dutch are occasionally published, if they are of immediate relevance for the study of Dutch.

Nederlandse Taalkunde / Dutch Linguistics publishes contributions in Dutch and English by both junior and senior researchers: research articles, review articles, squibs and book reviews. All submissions undergo double-blind peer review. The editors aim to send authors the review reports and the editorial decision within three months after submission.
