Abstract

Samenvatting

Deze studie onderzoekt hoe HEMA-werknemers authenticiteit in LGBTQIA+ corporate social advocacy (CSA) ervaren. Uit 12 semi-gestructureerde interviews blijkt dat authenticiteit vereist dat gedrag en communicatie altijd consistent zijn, zowel intern als extern, en door de tijd heen. Pinkwashingbeschuldigingen zijn minder waarschijnlijk wanneer CSA-waarden en organisatiewaarden overeenkomen.
