Zacht Lawijd besteedt als literair-historisch tijdschrift aandacht aan de negentiende- en twintigste-eeuwse literatuur in Vlaanderen en Nederland. Naast uitgewerkte artikelen bevat het rubrieken waarin korte documentaire beschouwingen bij allerlei archivalia (foto's handschriften drukproeven en dergelijke) worden gepresenteerd. Niet alleen bekende auteurs en hun werk komen daarbij aan bod maar ook vergeten schrijvers krijgen opnieuw aandacht. Ook de maatschappelijke context wordt niet vergeten.

Het Tijdschrift voor HRM slaat een brug tussen theorie en praktijk kennis en beleid. Hiermee wordt beoogd een bijdrage te leveren aan de professionalisering van het human resource management in Nederland en Vlaanderen. Wij doen dat door het publiceren van artikelen columns en boekbesprekingen. De meeste artikelen worden geschreven door wetenschappers onderzoekers en adviseurs. Bij de selectie is relevantie voor de beroepspraktijk een belangrijk criterium. De artikelen zijn toegankelijk geschreven met een populair wetenschappelijke toonzetting. Er is altijd sprake van een stevig onderzoeksfundament; soms theoretisch soms gebaseerd op casestudies soms op wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Maar altijd degelijk onderbouwd. Tijdschrift voor Geschiedenis (Journal of History) is the only Dutch academic peer-reviewed history journal that covers the history from antiquity until now both Dutch and non-Dutch. Tijdschrift voor Geschiedenis is a general historical journal which means that it is a publication for all disciplines within history and related disciplines. The journal is a publication for everyone interested in history.

Tijdschrift voor Geschiedenis (TvG) is het enige Nederlandse historisch-wetenschappelijke tijdschrift dat de hele geschiedenis van de Oudheid tot het heden bestrijkt en daarbij aandacht besteedt aan zowel Nederlandse als niet-Nederlandse geschiedenis. TvG beoogt ook een algemeen wetenschappelijk tijdschrift te zijn dat wil zeggen een tijdschrift dat een podium biedt voor alle disciplines binnen de historische wetenschap en aanverwante wetenschappen. Het tijdschrift richt zich op een brede doelgroep van historici en historisch belangstellenden. Op die manier biedt het een cruciale brugfunctie tussen enerzijds het internationale onderzoeksveld en anderzijds geschiedenisstudenten en -docenten en een anderszins geïnteresseerd publiek.

Fascism: Journal of Comparative Fascist Studies publishes peer-reviewed (double blind) articles that explore the phenomenon of fascism in a comparative context. The journal achieves range and depth of knowledge by focusing on topics such as:

• The unique as well as generic aspects of fascism.

• Patterns in the causal aspects and genesis of fascism including political economic social historical and psychological factors.

• Expression of fascist themes in art culture ritual and propaganda.

• Gendered dimensions of fascist politics and culture.

• The global and wider historical contexts of fascism.

• Elements of continuity and change between interwar and postwar fascisms as well as consideration of contemporary forms of fascism.

• Examination of fascism using themes and analytical concepts including revolution modernity modernism colonialism political religion totalitarianism capitalism transnationalism extremism charismatic dictatorship patriarchy racism and terrorism.

Many articles in the journal follow the major research article model and it welcomes submissions from early-career scholars as well as established researchers. The journal is also keen to encourage submissions of shorter provocative position pieces review essays mapping new developments in the field and discussions that enrich the interdisciplinary study of fascism as a broad field of enquiry.

Al 37 jaar houdt De Boekenwereld zijn lezers op de hoogte van alles wat met boek en prent te maken heeft. Sinds 2012 staan de bijzondere collecties van verschillende bibliotheken centraal evenals die van de prentenkabinetten. De nadruk ligt van oudsher op nieuw boek-historisch onderzoek. Verder komen aan de orde: de geschiedenis van antiquariaten boekwinkels en veilinghuizen op het gebied van boek en prent; de geschiedenis van uitgeverijen; beschouwingen over boeken prenten of documentaire fotografie.

Er is regelmatig aandacht voor grote projecten zoals de STCN en PKonline. Dit zijn terugkerende thema’s in het tijdschrift. Voor velen is De Boekenwereld de belangrijkste bron geworden voor informatie over verzamelingen en veilingen pas verschenen publicaties of evenementen in de wereld van boek prent en documentaire fotografie.

De Stichting De Boekenwereld bewaakt samen met de redactie de kwaliteit van het tijdschrift en beoogt met bescheiden middelen – in samenwerking met de uitgever – het blad nog aantrekkelijker te maken en onder de aandacht van een zo breed mogelijk publiek te brengen.

Doopsgezinde Bijdragen een tijdschrift van de Doopsgezinde Historische Kring publiceert populairwetenschappelijke artikelen op het brede gebied van de doperse geschiedenis. Het tijdschrift draagt bij aan de realisatie van de doelstelling van de Doopsgezinde Historische Kring: de bestudering van de doopsgezinde geschiedenis en aanverwante stromingen met name in de Lage Landen. Het tijdschrift dat eens per jaar verschijnt publiceert het resultaat van onderzoek en recenseert en signaleert onderzoek op het bestreken terrein dat elders is verschenen.
